Caroline and Sophie - AMAZING!!! The walk though and explanations where so well delivered, I felt very comfortable and having a mentel health issue that's a big deal!! The WHOLE team have been brilliant, totally recommend xx

Sophie was very kind, and helpful

I arrived late in the day, but thankfully Sophie was still able to get me setup very efficiently from scratch. And even helped other customers in the background without detracting attention from the signup process. She did mention that most customers use the online checkin system, which I missed. So perhaps that could be suggested more heavily on the quote text from the website? Although if most people do use it the fault is almost certainly on my side. Everything was explained in great detail and I left with the confidence to return out of office hours without missing any steps or triggering alarms.

Very easy process

Friendly and helpful

Everything was very easy and Sophie was really nice and extremely helpful. These process of moving my stuff into storage, as being out of the country was really stressful for me at the beginning: until I spoke with Sophie, then my experience completely changed, as I saw the process was easy and safe. Thanks!

Everything was nice and easy. The staff is very polite and efficient. I spoke to Hannah on the phone and then Sophie met us at check in and gave us an introduction to the store. Extremely positive experience!
