Customer service was really brilliant. I was called in the lead-up to checking in with helpful advice and to make sure I was all set. There was so much flexibility, if I wanted to change the size, or the type of room. The online booking system was very easy. The check-in was very efficient and your staff are a credit to you. We were looked after by Teodora at Sheen who is very polite, helpful and friendly. Finally, the room itself was very easy to use.

On my initial visit I was looked after by Hannah and she was excellent, professional, helpful, friendly, a great credit to the organisation

Everything was pretty simple - I did call to book the space - only comment I would make as having to repeat the invitation again when I got the follow up call which was a bit irritating, as I'd passed it all on in the first call.

Staff were excellent, everything was handled very well.

Brilliant

I was contacted very quickly after my initial enquiry. The process was explained clearly and the assistants did not pressure me into having a unit that was too big for me.

Sophie was excellent in dealing with us right from the beginning and was clear and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

From the general request for info to the time we moved our stuff it has been great. Staff were polite and very nice to speak to.
