We are a small charity and enquired about storage space at your Big Yellow store in Sheen. Our end to end experience, from the initial inquiry to the point when we moved our belongings to Big Yellow, was excellent. The team dealt with our requests quickly, professionally and were very supportive.

Ladies at the reception (Hannah, Teodora, Sophie and Caroline) dealt with my enquiry in a courteous and polite manner, they answered all of my questions comprehensively whenever I called them before I moved in. It was easy to reach them either via phone or email, and they always got back to me in a timely manner. They were very friendly and professional, and these were the deciding factors for me for choosing Big Yellow Sheen.
