My initial online enquiry was handled enthusiastically and effeciently by central admin with whom I made the reservation with Sheen. My arrival at Sheen on Thursday was super efficient, handled by friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful SOPHIE - others were also very welcoming.

It's the second time I use Big Yellow Self Storage because the first time was really easy and good experience. This second time it was as good as the first one, everything was explained in a very nice way. I had booked a specific size online but when I was shown during the check in the space, I thought it wouldn't be enough so I was shown different options and could change to a more appropriate size very easily. Thanks to Teodora and Sophie for an amazing customer service.
