Room sizing and space was explained clearly, reservation was easy, and moving in was hassle-free. Fantastic customer service, Louise at reservation and Mel at move-in.

Initial enquiry made on line. Web site was easy to navigate and informative. I was able to find everything I needed. At the Big Yellow Depot I saw Louise. She was polite, friendly, efficient and professional. She explained the entry/exit routine, showed me the route to take to my locker checked my padlock and answered all my questions fully. Excellent experience.
