Pretty good service. Welcoming & friendly staff. Not the cheapest but handy.

Very impressed with the service. I spoke to Mel on the phone and she also booked us in. She was friendly and professional and took us through the inventory/insurance etc and made it very easy to understand.

Treena was very helpful when booking and on moving day. Good facilities, units are clean and well lit.

Staff at the store were brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Flat access, mostly plenty of trolleys. Only problem was different advice over phone re id, but when I couldn't make my booked in slot because of motorway problems, there was good communication.
