The last I spoke to was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions which has helped greatly!

Absolutely fantastic service from the staff, both staff that day were very friendly and helpful and we were offered a free coffee on arrival! Everything was explained clearly and allowed us to change room sizes easily with no fuss. Easy place to find, easy parking for our large lorry, fantastic facilities and a very clean place, would recommend 100%

My questions were answered by the store team very quickly and thoroughly and they went out of their way to set everything up for me on very short notice.

Friendly helpful easy to deal with

The staff at Queens Road Sheffield are always helpful and friendly, on this occasion Melanie went above and beyond to assist.

My first point of contact when phoning to enquire was Melanie, she was really helpful and took the time to explain things fully and how it all worked. On arrival Louise went through everything with me and was very helpful.

Just simple and easy very user friendly

The process was mainly very straight forward but all information is given verbally. Sometimes this can take a while to process and can lead to misunderstandings. It should be made clear that although insurance is compulsory there is an option to purchase it independently. I hope that I will be able to arrange my own insurance and get a refund for the Big Yellow one.
