Trina was really helpful and very clear, with excellent COVID measures in place.

After my initial enquiry I had phone call to talk me through the next steps and was offered advice on how to progress. I also received a phone call the day before moving in. I was greeted by April on my arrival and everything was explained to me concerning security both in hours and out of hours

Booking process extremely easy, follow-up calls by staff were appreciated as well as ease of changing move-in date

Excellent at every stage, my only gripe is that I wanted to do the paperwork the day before, and I was not told I had to have my padlock with me to complete the contract, it is not mentioned on your literature.

We had a last-minute emergency as our house removal/storage company cancelled on us at 48 hours notice due to circumstances regarding Coronavirus. Unfortunately we still had to vacate our property and April was extremely helpful and understanding, putting our minds at ease during what was a very stressful situation for us!

April spoke to me on the phone and she was lovely and efficient. The guys who moved my belongings into storage were really good and friendly James and James! I want them to be the ones who move me out of storage. On moving day the reception team were brilliant and even made me a cup of tea. Great service.
