Louise was really really good. She called to get me booked in and was so helpful. She answered all my questions and really talked me through everything so I understood. I’m really thankful to her because I’m moving house and she made this part of the process really easy.

It was explained well in person by different members of the team before actually committing to the storage hiring.

Fast replies with most of my questions answered. However, had an issue with being given the correct information in regards to getting my own lock for the storage facility.

I am very impressed by the professionalism and level of service of the staff at Big Yellow. I received two phone calls prior to moving in to check that I was familiar with the procedures and on my arrival date, Trina was very helpful and took time to answer all my queries.
