Very easy process and good service throughout all booking aspect, very friendly and helpful, and everything explained in detail by Trina Lowe

Only one member of staff to book us and two other people in. She was excellent but it meant we had to wait some time. There needs to be more than one member of staff on especially when we are shown to our storage room.

The only thing I was a little unhappy about was not being told in advance that i was being charged for the padlock. Otherwise excellent, attentive level of customer-service :-)

Yellow Self Storage worker Mark, was incredibly helpful and easy to understand in setting up storage for the first time.

We were greeted and supported through our whole experience even though we just turned up on the day. We were shown the storage space and were stalked through the options. The charging was clear and the facilities were light, clean and secure.

Customer care was amazing and felt comfortable with leaving my belongings there as it felt secure. Was very well organised and I was given information clearly and very detailed. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and informative so I was happy.
