Convenient, safe

Great service and Mel explained everything really well. Room was clean and tidy.

Very friendly and efficient service, spotless all around. Good set up with the alarm system. Also on the run up to our arrival staff were very helpful and friendly in answering my questions.

I was impressed with how friendly Mel on reception was. I was pleased at the discounts and how easy moving my belongings into storage was.

Customer service was very helpfull and very polite. I arrived at the wrong store but was transferred to another and gave me the same price match. I give 100% credit to mel on the front desk she was an absoloute star

Room nice and clean but Not enough trolleys, Checked in online before we arrived to speed things up as advised but was still kept waiting 25mins to get shown to our room. We had removal men stood around waiting which we was paying on an hourly rate.

The customer service from Mel and Trina wears great the were very helpful and curtious.

Made everything very easy. The member of staff, Mark, was a genuine, thorough and very professional gentleman. Very happy with the storage provided and easily accessible.
