All the emails I got were clear and helpful and then when I arrived at the building Mark was brilliant at explaining the process and showing me to my storage box and telling me about payment and other details

Website wasn't working too great, continually breaking whenever putting new items in the inventory that was going to be kept in storage. The team in store was really friendly and helpful when checking in.

The staff were extremely helpful. I wanted to change my date of moving in and the staff were really accommodating. Also very friendly when I arrived to check in.
