My views based on the question asked and the experience and friendliness of the staff before and after I visited the storage facility.

Easily available information - easy to check in - reception staff were very helpful with paperwork - when I was unsure as to when exactly I would be checking in and had to shift my reservation date back and forth a couple of times, staff were extremely helpful over the phone.

It was easy to book and check in online. They even let me change my check in date at short notice and were really flexible about it. The service on the day I moved in was fantastic and Mel did everything she could to help me move in

The staff were so friendly, so helpful. It was my first time using storage, putting all of my belongings away and moving on my own. It could have been very stressful but the ladies at big yellow made it an enjoyable experience - not at all what I expected and completely amazing. Thank you!
