I felt the process was simple and easy and the staff were extremely helpful.

Good service at reception and on the phone. Website relatively easy to navigate. And once signed in easy access to storage.

Every contact with staff at the Queens Road branch was friendly, efficient and effective. They were proactive in dealing with issues and fast to progress/resolve all issues.

It is cheap- with a good half price deal for the first month. I also feel it is very secure.
