The staff that dealt with was caring and made sure we understood the process, showed us the space, mde sure we happy with it and recommended 3 removal firms.

It was an excellent service, it was like being checked into a 5 star hotel. Melanie was really helpful and accomodating, and really made me feel at home (storage). Would definitely recommend and I have already done so to my housemates.

The lady I dealt with the morning I moved in she was very nice she provided me with good clear information. I forgot her name though. But she was there Thursday morning when I moved in.
