Melanie was incredibly pleasant and welcoming and fully explained everything to me in detail- clarifying points I was unsure of. She also showed me to my unit and couldn't do enough to assist me even though it was late on and near to closing time.

The customer service was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, the service was quick but detailed and the staff member that service me, Mel Record was knowledgable, friendly and very helpful.

Packing and moving is very stressful and lots to remember to do. Your Team offered great suggestions and made it very easy from deciding room size to the move in process which was very swiftly executed. Was all much appreciated
