Room nice and clean but Not enough trolleys, Checked in online before we arrived to speed things up as advised but was still kept waiting 25mins to get shown to our room. We had removal men stood around waiting which we was paying on an hourly rate.
The customer service from Mel and Trina wears great the were very helpful and curtious.
