The member of staff who helped me was very attentive and patient as I didn't know what size room I wanted. She gave me a few options and helped me make a choice suitable for my needs.

Overall, the experience was great. Due to the extremely busy period, which was a Saturday morning, there was a wait before we could move in but the staff member, Mel, was brilliant. Fast, efficient and welcoming.
