Brilliant service and great prices. Very friendly staff and I feel safe to leave everything there as the security seems really good.

The need for storage space has never arisen in my life until now, and my experience with Big Yellow Self Storage, Bramall Lane, couldn't have been better. Obtaining a quote and reserving a space was simple and straightforward. The Store Manager I spoke to on arrival at Bramall Lane was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I wasn't rushed. It was exactly what I needed and at a very reasonable price too. I can't recommend Big Yellow Self Storage enough!

This is a professional storage building that is extremely secure and clean. The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they are quick to respond to any questions and do not push you for business. Would highly recommend them.

Great staff, who provided lots of useful information over the phone first and were then polite, friendly, clear and helpful on check in. The environment is clean and well organised, with plenty of trolleys and a straightforward but secure system to check in and out. Not the cheapest provider but you tend to get what you pay for. It is reasonable value for money, certainly for a few weeks' storage. Plenty of supplies available - at a cost - for those without bags, boxes, padlocks etc. So far, a good first experience of self-storage, thanks Big Yellow.

Glyn set us up with a storage room in an emergency situation with short notice. Incredibly polite and helpful, explained everything quickly and simply, and the next day when we needed quick access around closing time he was able to cater for us with no problem. A real asset to the store.
