Staff very friendly and explained everything clearly, so easy to get to, very spacious

The Big Yellow team at Hillsborough have been really excellent and I cannot fault their work. There were various complications (on our side) with our moving in date and they were so accommodating and helpful. Communication was very good.

The staff member who dealt with me was amazingly good at being professional and kind when at the most stressed due to moving house etc

The reservation and booking process was relatively easy. The only thing I struggled with was the inventory as we didn't fully know what was in the boxes. I think we should be able to change the inventory ourselves too rather than having to speak to a member of staff.

I initially liasedbwith Ben at the Hillsborough Sheffield branch who was informative and polite throughout. I took awhile to het my completion date so it was great that when I was finally ready, I was fortunate enough to have Ben handle my file. I think the team are polite,knowledgeable and just so easy to communicate with. It's made a very stressful time..stress free!

Very professional and understanding people, love the way they show you the size of the bay and talk you through the process of hiring a unit, a descriptive video is sent to you beforehand to show you the ropes. I would definitely use this company again, keep up the great work.
