Staff very welcomming and went through the booking in process quickly

Everything was explained very clearly and my concerns about length of time to book for were answered.

Reserved online and then received a follow up call from Sam who was really helpful explaining the fine details and booked me a convenient check-in time.

I was called after my initial email inquiry, the lady was helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. On completing the booking in the store the gentleman present were friendly and seemed at ease with the covid safety precautions. Ben explained the additional options available; later accessibility etc. I was shown to my storage space, entry and exit was explained. I was really impressed from start to finish

Really well we used the chat facility and our questions were answered very clearly and provided us with all the information in a way that made it clear what was on offer. They were also happy to look into it when we said we weren't convinced about the original location suggested and wanted another looked into (which is the one we went with).

Very friendly, helpful and professional service, particularly regarding the size of unit required. Really clear exposition of whole process.

It’s so quick and simple to book a storage unit and to move in. You only have to fill out a few forms and then you’re done and you can access the storage unit whenever you want

The lady I dealt with (i’m sorry I forgot her name!) was absolutely amazing and made the what could be otherwise frustrating situation stress free and welcoming. I’m very very happy with the service I was given!

Very efficient service, everything easy to understand and explained well by staff who were helpful throughout. Made the booking process very straightforward. Moving in day went very well, even with new coronavirus regulations in place.
