From the first enquiry I made everything has been really straightforward, clearly explained and all members of the team I have dealt with very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. My booking process was quick and easy & well handled.

Easy to book online, excellent support from staff at Hillsborough over the phone before date of moving in. Great to be able to check in online first makes the face to face shorter on date of move. Once again, excellent customer service on date of move especially in light of current Covid-19 situation and there only being one member of staff onsite.
