Accommodated at very short notice and dealt with promptly and efficiently

This is third time I’ve used Big Yellow and the second time at this venue. Staff are always helpful and approachable and it’s for the reason I’m a returning customer. Also the COVID 19 procedures that had been put in place were easy to follow and comprehensive

Great communication from Sam. He phoned every week to check when we were moving items in and was very helpful on check in day. Everything was explained clearly.
