The service was fantastic, the Balham team were helpful and the team in Sheffield were especially helpful, Sam B stayed late after hours when we had an issue as our items didn't fit in the room, he stayed nearly an hour after closing to help us out, thank you very much!

The staff made the move into a storage unit quick and easy, they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ed was great and facilities perfect. Online check was a little complex and wasn't as quick as I thought.
