Phone contact with out of hours was brilliant. The gentleman I dealt with couldn’t do enough to help me. Filled in all paperwork on line which made things easier and quicker when I went into store to sign papers. Good customer service received all round

The service was fantastic, the Balham team were helpful and the team in Sheffield were especially helpful, Sam B stayed late after hours when we had an issue as our items didn't fit in the room, he stayed nearly an hour after closing to help us out, thank you very much!

Ed was great and facilities perfect. Online check was a little complex and wasn't as quick as I thought.

First call made to Ed and he was very helpful in selecting the right unit and given all information needed to make it simple and have everything I needed to get the unit on first visit. Very friendly on the phone.

I have had my possessions in storage since 2016 but due to a break down in my relationship needed to upgrade to a larger unit.Staff at the Hillsborough Branch in Sheffield were extremely helpful and very polite making the change over much easier than I had imagined.They were so understanding. In fact bloomin amazing.Credit to SAM, ED n SAM. Thankyou so very much. May I also add how smart they dressed. A pleasure to do business with them.

It was handled fantastically. I was originally going to go to chesterfield storage as they were much cheaper but Ed had a look at the price I was going to pay and was able to match it. He also had a look at my insurance quote aswell and was able to match that aswell. We also talked about having a monthly payment instead of the 4 weekly payment which falls nicely for my pay days. Nothing was to much trouble for him. He took me up to show me the room and talked me through everything so I knew what I was doing when I came back. Like I say I was ready to cancel and go to chesterfield But Ed Turned it around and is a credit to your company. If there are pay rises or bonuses going Ed definitely deserves one. Thanks so much for your help it was much appreciated
