Perfect,nice cooperation from whole team?!?!?

It was really good. I was given all the info I needed and given the space within half an hour. They also have me late entry for a few days which helped massively. Sam, Sam and Ed in the Sheffield branch were really nice and Sam (D?) was really really helpful going out of his way to make things easy for me. I hope this gets to an area manager and you get at least a pat on the back but more preferably a crate of beer or something. Thanks

My initial query was dealt with in a friendly and informative way and because of that initial call prompted me to visit and influenced my decision to go ahead with the rental.

It was well handled. The advisor I spoke to in the Hillsborough branch (Sam D) was really helpful.

Easy. We dealt mainly with Ed. He was very helpful. We weren't sure which size room we needed so he showed us round a few. He explained the steps we'd need to take to book one and the process after that.

The staff at the Peniston Road Storage, Sheffield are absolute gentleman and would recommend this particular site to anyone. I have dealt with the staff there a couple of times and all have been 100% helpful and extremely patient.
