Yes all staff I interacted with were extremely helpful.

The entire experience from initial enquiry to the day of moving my possessions into the storage facility was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and efficient and really facilitated the entire process.. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and am very grateful for turning a potentially stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

The phone was answered promptly. Information given was precise and straight to the point. They were professional, understanding and have customer skills. Couldn't have asked for a better team. I went in there feeling stressed but came out feeling good.
