I was a bit disappointed with the process as on the form it said that I was getting a ground floor unit and when I got to your building it was on the first floor which made life difficult as I was using the unit for house storage and not just a few bits.
There should be a better way of issuing a code for the lift than on a postit note
Spoke to Tony who was super helpful and sent me every thing I needed Was seen by Sherri who was friendly welcoming showed me round made the whole experience so pleasent even carried the starter pack I brought to my car she was absolutely wonderful so pleasent
I had the fortunate experience of having Sherri take care of my first ever move in to storage. I have found Sherri to be kind, friendly and very helpful.
