There should be a better way of issuing a code for the lift than on a postit note

Spoke to Tony who was super helpful and sent me every thing I needed Was seen by Sherri who was friendly welcoming showed me round made the whole experience so pleasent even carried the starter pack I brought to my car she was absolutely wonderful so pleasent

I had the fortunate experience of having Sherri take care of my first ever move in to storage. I have found Sherri to be kind, friendly and very helpful. She explained everything to me and as a result my experience has been stress free. I would highly recommend Big Yellow as a storage company as all staff I have dealt with over the phone have been lovely and helpful. Thank you for ensuring that my experience has been the best it could.
