I was moving house at short notice. All removers were fully booked.....big headache now. Managed to get a Luton van and now looking for short time storage. Contacted Big Yellow Storage who immediately secured space for our requirements. Couldnt have done it without their services. Excellent prices too.
This is the fourth time I have used the Big Yellow Store, the staff are always extremely helpful and courtious. The store is always well stocked with everything that is needed for a move and it is exceptionally good quality and strong.

I dont usually do surveys, and only doing this one as Tony (I think) was outstandingly helpful. I have never used storage before and he helped with size, that I can transfer to bigger box when i do actually move, and all those details I would never have thought about. 10 out of 10!

The entire experience from initial enquiry to the day of moving my possessions into the storage facility was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and efficient and really facilitated the entire process.. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and am very grateful for turning a potentially stressful experience into an enjoyable one.
The phone was answered promptly. Information given was precise and straight to the point. They were professional, understanding and have customer skills. Couldn't have asked for a better team. I went in there feeling stressed but came out feeling good.
