Bean a customer now for nearly 4 years, great service would always recommend Big Yellow.

A very smooth and easy transition from house to storage and then back to hous egreat to have removal people recommended also ! One small thing i did enquire about an offer that i had seen and heard nothing back at anytime about it unfortunately i was caught up with doing new home to chase up !

Advisor correctly worked out the size of space we would need (I was sure we'd need a bigger room) which saved us money. Very helpful and a useful number of items to help the move go easier such as the packing boxes and tape

I know there are cheaper alternatives around but I wouldn't have the same confidence that issues like parking, surveillance and personal safety would be as good.

We have had goods in this facility for over a year now and what stands out is the great service from the staff. When we first filled the unit they were so helpful with information and they have remained very friendly and enquire about our new start in Ireland every time we ring. It is the personal and professional service from the staff above all other services offered that make it special. However with regards to accessability, quality and ease of use at the store it is impossible to fault. It is clean and very accessable and above all secure. We have absolutely no worries about our goods while they are being stored at this facility and I would happily recommend Big Yellow Self Storage to anybody looking to store anything.

The staff at Southend are excellent and should be congratulated. They were always friendly and remembered who I was. Would definitely recommend them to friends

Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Easy to park right outside. Trolleys easy to use, storage space light and airy and clean. Own padlock giving extra security. Security system on storage area very good. Easy access to unit whenever needed. Fair refund given on storage time not needed. Very pleasant experience would recommend.

The quality of the service provided by Big Yellow is reflected by the quality of the staff. Southend is a great example of this. 1st class all round

Having used the Southend store for quite some time now, I find all my stored items in exactly the same condition as when first stored. I am amazed that there's no dust or deterioration of any items and using the out of hours access facility makes life easier when needing to access the pod. I would recommend Big Yellow to anyone looking to store items whether in the short or long term.
