For the period of time that I used Big Yellow I was pleased with the overall service, however, the access times are ridiculous. Most of what I need to do has to fit around work. This means that I require access to my property 24 hours a day. Most importantly I need access on a Sunday afternoon so I can get a weekends work in. On the basis of very poor access times I would not use Big Yellow again.
Ifound the sevice first class very helpfull staff the place was very clean and well maintained I would be happy to recomend them to anyone and will be useing them again soon myself I can't see any room for any improvement
No real problems with the store, access, staff etc. but I and everybody else I know are paid monthly. Budgeting for one or two payments per month on dates which change every month is -*VERY*- difficult. This led to extra stress which as we were between moving homes was something I could have done without. Every other direct debit or standing order I have ever had has been monthly, quarterly or annual, not every four weeks. So please could you change to monthly billing or at least give the option of doing so.
everything was perfect, however if i had to find something to suggest it would be some sort of reduction in price for long periods. due to unforseen problems i had to extend my use of the unit, and it would've been benificial to have got a discount as i was already using storage there, but i had to ask for it. (and it was given i should say) i would have left my belongings longer had i been given a slightly better offer. but the staff and facility was otherwise great and i felt that my belongings were safe there.

THe storage I used in the Eastwood area of Southend, was a plesent experiance,this srvice was only let down by the awkward entrence/exit to and from the A127 Arterial Road.
