The customer service and welcome i receive was absolutely outstanding, Gary was extremely accommodating to my needs and advised me when discussing, well my attempt to explain what i needed the unit for and the quantity of items, using his expertise gave me exactly what i needed and was very patient with me, he was totally thorough with how everything works at big yellow, i left feeling very satisfied and comfortable with the decision of take a contract with big yellow i must add this quality of service stands out tremendously and im sure other companys would beinift from the same level of training in customer services delived in the united kingdom

Staffs I've met at the Staple Corner branch are all very helpful, friendly and patient. Am very with the service overall speaking.

Great service, great follow-up, all questions answered. The staff was super helpful, in particular Olari, who went out of his way to help with all aspects.

They answered what we ask for them. They gave deeply details everthing what we need. They had possitive behaviour and patience.

Gary who administered the transaction seemed to go above and beyond and was very personable. Also the location is easy to get to, and seemed easy to navigate in the future. The security codes outside are a good feature.

Gary Watt was immensely helpful, informative and respectful throughout right from information about what was available, working out the costings, to going through the contract. I had the impression that I could trust him, that he was looking out for me as well as selling a product.
