The team were very flexible to provide me with the best deal, and offer answers to all my questions. This made it very easy for me and stress free to move in.

All handled very well via email/phone. Price match on insurance.

I had a very friendly member of staff assist me with my initial query. He did however misinform me when he mentioned I would be getting a free padlock when I used the storage space. This was cleared up when I spoke to another member of staff on the day of the move.

The entire process was made extremely easy by both Mark and Rishani who are both friendly and knowledgeable.

I spoke to someone in the customer service team on the phone and they have advised me that storage units were available at Staples Corner. Once I arrived Mark and Vicky had all my information all ready and found me a great little storage near the lifts so it is easier for me. Both Vicky and Mark were really friendly and helpful.

The team was really helpful as i called many times before my check in with questions. Always polite and willing ti Help.
