The lady at customer service who picked up the phone was very friendly and extremely helpful so I found the experience very pleasant

It was very easy and the teams called me a few times, enough to make me feel that is all ok, not too much to feel overwhelmed. However. I did order some boxes for pick up. But when I went to the store they didn't have my order and nothing to carry them, the only option was buying something to help me carry the boxes. It was very difficult to take 15 loose boxes on the bus.

Selene was excellent through out the process, and was very pleasant and helpful with the booking and during the move.

Eleanor welcomed me, she was and has been very helpful. She explained in detail everything very well, explained about discounts step by step of the process and when I met Mark he was also very help and continued on from Eleanor.

I thought it was handled excellently because I was made to feel like everything i had to say mattered and my needs were met with patience and kindness

The staff were very helpful and took the stress out of moving.

Initial enquiry was handled really well. Was phoned by Mark who made sure I rented the correct storage for my needs.
