I spoke to someone in the customer service team on the phone and they have advised me that storage units were available at Staples Corner. Once I arrived Mark and Vicky had all my information all ready and found me a great little storage near the lifts so it is easier for me. Both Vicky and Mark were really friendly and helpful.

The team was really helpful as i called many times before my check in with questions. Always polite and willing ti Help.

Customer service lady was really nice and polite. And broke everything down to make it easy to get my head around.

I was very pleased with the speed with which big yellow followed up my initial inquiry. Rishani was very professional and helpful in arranging my reservation.
