Very seamless process. My initial enquiry was remembered when I returned and dealt with efficiently - even out of office hours. I was apprehensive about the size of unit I wanted and this was accommodated with suitably reassuring flexibility.
It was a seamless experience starting with my initial enquiry followed by a swift phone call with customer services and finally the actual check in process itself. Selene and Kyle worked well together and complimented each other when crossing over and dealing with all my requests. It was a very enjoyable process indeed!

They have excellent staff working at this site in Staples Corner. Rishani and the store manager Mark Ward have been very welcoming, and were able to answer all of our questions. Everything was handled quickly and the process couldn't have been easier.

I’m absolutely disappointed with the service and hidden costs! Terrible experience. I was told that I will have to pay 8 weeks upfront with a deal 50%off. The insurance was mentioned, but no one said it is obligatory. I ended up paying twice more than I was prepared to pay on the day. I won’t recommend it to anyone. So disappointed and feel cheated.
