Very helpful and accommodating

Rashida was fabulous at checking us in and made it so easy to get a bigger unit that was needed. Initially I rang to get a recommendation for a moving company that used yellow storage and they recommended King removals and they were amazing so a double thank you for that!

It's kind of expensive for student.

Big yellow team is very friendly and helpful. I was very stressed about where I will store my goods and at a short notice, but I was looked after very well. My goods are in the storage and everything went smooth. Special thanks to Mark for being very helpful on the day to ensure we had no problems moving in.

I have checked in two days earlier than agreed and Rishani pronounced my name right after I said my surname . Impressive... Then Jasmine and Mark offered a coffee to my friend who was helping me . Warm and friendly atmosphere created in a minute. Me, I work in hospitality at a fairly high level I can say that was impressive, also all the explanations were clear and accurate . Kyle of the Staples Corner Branch was absolutely brilliant - he was super helpful and was very prompt in getting back to me . He had a very pleasant manner both on the phone and in person . There were nearer storage companies but he is the reason I chose your company since I saw the level of professionalism .

My enquiry was a disaster despite the fact that I was a previous customer. I would not have gone ahead with the arrangement except for the fact that my removal company stepped in to sort the issues.
