i made enquiries with Liam by visiting the site prior to my move and he was extremely helpful and informative. On the day of access to the storage facility i dealt with Liam again and he was just as helpful, polite and informative, showing me the storage space, explaining the security processes and the costs involved. Having never used a storage facility before, i was very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone else needing storage facilities.

The overall process was very easy and stress-free (which is more than I can say about getting everything to the unit). The phone calls I received when making an enquiry didn’t seem forceful, which was very comforting. I never felt I had to take out storage because I’d enquired it always felt like my decision. The only down-side for me was that I’d been made aware of the £50 credit available from van hire, but hadn’t been informed this was from 40 square ft only. However the gentleman I spoke to ‘Ben’ apologised and talked me through how it all worked and took note to relay this to the team to avoid this error happening again which was a great display of customer service.
