Easy stress free move in and very flexible

Your explanation of the type of lock could be cleared. I had already bought an expensive lock but was told it was unsuitable due to the flanges. Resulting in me having to pay £14 for another lock. Your member of staff at the store was excellent

Good communication throughout, useful info on the website and had a number of reminder phone calls. On the day we moved in, Liam was professional and helpful.

Rob was very knowledgable and helped us to get the booking arranged without any hassle. It was made easy by us having flexibility on room size right up until we arrived with our removal men.

i made enquiries with Liam by visiting the site prior to my move and he was extremely helpful and informative. On the day of access to the storage facility i dealt with Liam again and he was just as helpful, polite and informative, showing me the storage space, explaining the security processes and the costs involved. Having never used a storage facility before, i was very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone else needing storage facilities.
