I was really impressed with the whole experience at Big Yellow Stockport. From my initial enquiry to the check in and moving my stuff, they were extremely helpful and professional.

Full details and costs were explained clearly both on the phone and in the store.

Ben was very helpful in handling our questions and dealing with us. We got sorted quickly and were able to leave some items in our storage space there and then.

Good communication from the Big Yellow Team, with not pestering, but proportionate and friendly phone calls leading up to the move. Pretty straight forward process, but I think there could be more steps added to the online check-in to speed up the move in on the day if it was looked at. A proper account with login would be good to do all of the pre-requisites where my issue was a few items removing and adding from my inventory. Maybe an App could be good as a suggestion, and the inventory could be improved with a picture feature where you can store photos of your stuff so you know what you have and to help the Big Yellow Team.
