Good communication from the Big Yellow Team, with not pestering, but proportionate and friendly phone calls leading up to the move. Pretty straight forward process, but I think there could be more steps added to the online check-in to speed up the move in on the day if it was looked at. A proper account with login would be good to do all of the pre-requisites where my issue was a few items removing and adding from my inventory. Maybe an App could be good as a suggestion, and the inventory could be improved with a picture feature where you can store photos of your stuff so you know what you have and to help the Big Yellow Team.
The store manager Ben was most helpfull and kept me informed and fully briefed from start to finish.
Ben was great in handling my quotes and ensuring everything went as smooth as possible, he was a great help!
Liam was welcoming, very accommodating. The team were great in moving my reservation forward a few days due to an emergency
The customer service provided by the manager Ben at the Stockport branch was textbook 1st class and efficient
