Everyone I spoke with at armadillo have been brilliant. I dealt with John at first and he explained things so easily that I would have come to armadillo even it it wasn’t the cheapest. Helen showed me round and filled in my paper work and made it all so easy. The lady who signed me up and showed me around and carried my boxes to the car was also fantastic and I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name, apologies! Five star treatment!

I got contacted very quickly after making an enquiry. The procedure was easy, had to fill in a few things online which cut down the time at storage unit during the registration process.

The support from Nicola in Stockton was excellent. She explained everything clearly and was lovely and helpful when I came to the centre. She’s made what is a very stressful time for my family very smooth. She definitely went above and beyond and is a real asset to your organisation.
