Very well and clearly set out

My first experience of storage of domestic household items. Due to the painful experience of sale of my property my household items had to placed in storage. My options friends garage or storage and after my experience Amadillo wins hands down. A very professional run depot Stockton Central. Highly recommended.

Great communication with the team from initial enquiry. What did let it down slightly is that I had to wait until closer the time to book a room and the one I wanted was not available. But the team explained everything great.

I spoke to the call centre before arriving at the storage centre and speaking with the team. I have never used storage before and was completely anxious about it. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but she had dark brown curly hair. She helped me sort everything out, made me feel comfortable and really took her time to make sure I was getting the right storage!

Very well everything explained Gemma was very helpful and checked availability at the next nearest store as they were full

Nicola made our move a lot easier and stress free. She made us feel comfortable and made sure we were 100% confident before we began moving our belongings into storage and didn’t make us feel like we were asking too much of her and too many questions.
