I got contacted very quickly after making an enquiry. The procedure was easy, had to fill in a few things online which cut down the time at storage unit during the registration process.
The support from Nicola in Stockton was excellent. She explained everything clearly and was lovely and helpful when I came to the centre. She’s made what is a very stressful time for my family very smooth. She definitely went above and beyond and is a real asset to your organisation.

Wonderful service from first enquiry last November, first dealt with Jonathan in nov 20 who explained the process brilliantly. Our move took a lot longer than expected so then dealt with Helen who was absolutely brilliant and took the stress out of everything, thank you all so much.
