The online booking was nice and straightforward. Once booked I went to see the unit and it was too small for my needs but the manager (whose name escapes me) was very helpful in finding an alternative room that met my needs. He was clear about the price difference and cost of insurance etc. On arrival Helen checked me in. Everything was straight forward, but took a while because the computers were being slow. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Ive neved used a storage space before, but i was helped all the way through by nicola who was very helpfull. She made the entire process easy to understand and hassle free.
