Absolutely amazing staff. Price matched another company. Very professional and helpful staff. They were very kind as well.

After initial enquiry I was telephoned and my requirements and cost discussed over the phone. The information I needed to open up an account was explained. I received several phone calls and emails in advance of my 'moving in day' which helped me organise things during a very busy time in my life. On the moving in day, John was very helpful and friendly. He also moved the contract a day back as we needed the storage a day later than expected.

Generally everything was excellent. My one problem is that the account for my current interation seems to have been merged with an account originally created with an email which is now deprecated. The briefing and registration process was much longer and more complex than I anticipated. The member of staff (Jon) who delat with me handled it all in a firendly and professional manner, but it was really a bit too much to take in in one session.

Nicola and Helen were very proficient and very caring about my move and did everything they could with very little notice to accommodate my move and also the moving team. 6 stars

I enquired online. I was then contacted by a member of the team who tailored everything around my needs. It was only a 10 minute conversation but by the end everything was ready to go!

I had to change location and storage size at the last minute. The team were brilliant. When I checked in I was running late and they stayed back 10 minutes to accommodate me. Cannot fault them at all

The two ladies on the desk were extremely helpful and answered any queries we had, they were very friendly and made it stress free

From the initial call with Kevin, to moving my things into storage, the Stockton central team were brilliant. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this facility again.
