Very well managed

Nick (the manager) was very helpful when he took my call and helped me through each step from quote to the move day. He introduced himself when he saw me in the store, he made sure everything was ok and has excellent customer service skills. He was very responsive on email (I had lots of questions). Karen (who checked me in on the day) explained how everything worked, she was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. Nothing seems too much trouble for her and she was happy to help at any point. Both of them made a stressful day a lot easier.
