Nick and the team have been fantastic at helping me on board to the storage unit, upgrade my unit and insure my contents.

Everything was great. It didn't annoy me but I would say that the follow up calls could irritate some. Hats off to the team though, they are clearly very motivated and customer focused..

From the lady in the sales office to Nick, at Suuton, everyone has been v helpful.

Fast response to questions and booking enquiry. Helpful team - Ellie and Sammi at Sutton. REALLY ANNOYED that I was not allowed to use a perfectly good padlock and practically forced into a corner (load in van ready to move in) to buy a Big Yellow lock - not cool - really not impressed by what could be considered an unnecessary up-selling tactic

Everything was so straight forward and everything clearly explained. I particularly liked the flexibility as I was uncertain about the start date and do not know how long I require the storage for.

To be honest with you I couldn't have asked for a better service from Nick, from start to finish he was friendly, highly professional and was very clear and knowledgable about his job. Everything was made easy for us. He even took us to one of the units he recommended so we could see in person how much space we would actually have. 10/10 service from Nick... He is an excellent ambassador for the business. We've started moving some of our stuff in already and we have found it very easy. The trolleys are great and fits loads on! I highly recommend the big yellow! All the best, Joe
