All stages were easy and well organised.

It was a bit of a faff to complete the paperwork - too much info required online, but the social distancing was followed well

Excellent customer service and very professional

I’ve never needed to use a storage unit before and the staff made it very easy for me. I was contacted by phone to make the initial booking the when I arrived on the day again I was helped complete. Great help.

The paper work was easy, However both your lifts were not working properly, one did not work at all and was stuck op[en on the ground floor the second lift would not come down to the ground floor. We had a extremely helpful guy called Ryan who found that if he walked up to the first floor he could get that lift to defend with him in it. This took some time to sort out and there was a number of people waiting he helped us into the lift took us to our unit of loaded and we waked down, not the best of starts but impressed with the staff.

The Big Yellow website is excellent in giving an idea of unit size and comparative costs instantly. This enquiry was quickly followed up by a call from Ellie and then Nick with their excellent experience brought to get the best deal for me. I was considering another unit equidistant from the Kimpton Rd one, but honestly, Ellie and Nick have been so helpful and not pushy that I went for this one.
