Simple and easy

Friendly and nice and clear information from staff. Also reception easy to find and looked well organised and clean.

Nothing was a problem and everything catered for with good communication through out.

Ellie was fantastic with the whole process even when we had discovered that the original room wasn’t big enough she dealt with it professionally and with a a smile.

This was great it was my first experience of using a storage facility so I asked loads of questions, needed reassurance, often rang back to ask questions during the process. They were great lots of patience and advise I never felt that my questions were irrelevant and whoever I spoke to they always took time to talk me through the process which left me confident about everything. Moving in was a breeze Ellie and Pramila were so friendly and efficient, the process went smoothly and we all worked together which was so reassuring. I feel confident regarding the storage, my access and I know that if I have any problems or questions they will all be dealt with efficiently. Great team thank you girls.
