It was a very easy process and nick who I believe is the store manager at your Sutton branch was very helpful and helped me out with everything

I made the initial enquiry on-line, which was easy and informative and it was followed up by a phone call from a very friendly and helpful employee called Ellie.

Nick was very helpful on the phone and gave me enough information to enable my choice to use Big Yellow, he was very understanding of our needs.

Nick was best!!! The most attentive and patient person in the industry I have come across. I have traveled and stayed in numerous countries and as a result used various facilities all over. If there was a Nick in every facility I have used in my life, I would be a much better person than what I am today.....

Waiting time in office was quite long otherwise fine

Staff very friendly, efficient and professional. explained the process very clearly and went out of their way to show me various units to suit my needs. Also gave me the best deal available at the time by comparing price to competitors. Very impressive, would recommend to family and friends. From my initial enquiry to when I was due to place possessions into storage, staff kept in contact with me to ensure all was well.
