The staff in the Sutton branch, namely Ellie was very welcoming and despite my questions was quick to answer and alleviate my worries and concerns. The service provided made me feel assured and secure, which at a time of moving house is no easy feat! I would like to thanks the staff again for their help and support!

We were relocating and I needed some boxes. So popped into our local Yellow storage during my visit I struck up conversation with the helpful staff at Sutton , I told them how stressful it had got because Time restraints and the fact my van had just broke down . Then we had an idea to use the Yellow Box and literally in about 30 mins I had a padlock in my hand and room for my extra stock so that I didn’t need to worry about the stuff in my van. All sorted out so smoothly . Would definitely use Yellow Box again .
