Nick the manager dealt with my inquiry and then the of allocation of a unit in and all the paperwork efficiently and professionally, I couldn't fault the whole process. All the staff were extremely helpful including Cameron and Ellie. I would highly recommend The Kimpton Road facility as first rate. I have moved from another storage facility close by and the they do not compare with The Big Yellow company.
