Very helpful staff that explained everything that was needed

Just awesome from start to finish.

Nikki has been an absolute gem added to the team. She was in training however I wouldn’t of know had it was not mentioned. Nikki even got the up selling in our phone call and once again when I popped in. Very helpful and ever so friendly the gent that she was on with brilliant friendly i was offered a tea or coffee twice during my time there 100% recommend Yellow Box and I have use them about a year or so ago and I have returned and I am happy I did being so close to Xmas it been so easy and stress free thank you Yellow Box

From my initial inquiry I was very pleased with the gentleman I spoke to, he took the time to explain how everything worked and all costs involved. He then took time to show me around and several storage unit options. He showed me how to use the security features and all seemed very easy to use and understand. The gentleman was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had and made me feel at ease when we spoke. I have now moved into my storage space and have found other staff that work here very friendly and approachable.
