The staff that helped me both on the first and second days were very friendly, patient, and helpful. Top score for them. I was not so happy with some dimensions of the online registration form; for instance, I do not see why I need to share my birthdate with yet another server of an unknown security level, to attain a temporary storage space. Also, the emergency contact form had some annoying quirks.
