Efficiently and without fuss

Enquiry via web site was easy.... You were a bit too keen calling me to follow up though - too many phone calls I was just to busy. But when I called back you handled it very quickly and set my room up that same day

We were considering another storage facility, but from our first encounter we both knew that Big Yellow would be our choice. Along with the excellent facility, cleanliness, and lighting, I must admit, Michelle’s professional, informational and personable manner clinched the deal !
