Very easy to book in online, then excellent service on arrival.

The 1-2 bedroom/Luton room is not big enough to fit Luton vans worth if items, especially a very full van. This could have been highlighted to us when we booked. However, when we realised this was going to be a problem, we asked at reception and they were brilliant at upgrading our room and compensating us for the inconvenience of having to change room. Very good customer service!!

Ease of use and helpfull staff

Pleasant efficient and easy to deal with, very helpful on arrival

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism I would make is that the 150 ft container did not have a double door as it was extremely difficult to get a corner suite in even though it was in 3 parts.
