The staff was Excellent Michelle and Mel who both worked on the reception were excellent

The room sizes are bigger than I thought. The cost of the room is very reasonable but all the additional extra charges upon first deposit are way too high. I don't know if insurance is 100% needed but things like that bump up the monthly amount. Don't even know if I'll be able to afford it all in a few months because the quote was different to what I'll be paying! Not happy!

I have never had the need to use a storage unit before & expected it to be a relatively dull & painful experience. However, this was not the case. Both Mel & Tom at Swindon were amazing from the first enquiry that we made all of the way through the process. Both were equally pleasant, cheerful, helpful & extremely professional. The facilities are great too, plenty of trolleys available & a good sized, clean storage room awaited us. The price of our 100sq ft room was fantastic with the half price deal for the first 8 weeks. There is no doubt that we would recommend Big Yellow to anyone that asks. Thanks guys

Easy process and very helpful staff

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff where nothing seemed to be a problem. Flexible options and good discounts offered for first 8 weeks. Facilities were clean, secure and easily accessible.

The booking and check-in process was very quick and easy, and the staff cheerful and helpful. Melanie talked me through the process and couldn't have been more helpful. The follow-up after initial enquiry was by email, and the website easy to use.

The employee that helped me, Mel, was really lovely and really helpful! She made everything very easy and smooth! Was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!
