The reasons I answered no to a few previous questions was because it was not necessary, I didn't enquire online, I went in to the branch to enquire and paid there and then so didn't need to go on line. Plus when I did try and go on line prior to starting my storage, I personally could not get a signal that day on my laptop, so registered at the counter.

This is my second time in Big Yellow, follow a successful stay in Reading last year, I have found swindon has maintained the high level of customer service that made me re choose big yellow

He gave me his undivided attention ensuring I was aware of all the terms and conditions of the contract and took the time to explain everything in detail. His ability to engage with customers and put them at ease is excellent.
