My brother recommended Big Yellow after he'd looked at all the other storage facilities in Swindon when he needed space - so I didn't bother going anywhere else for quotes. The staff were really helpful and took time to deal with my case which is difficult as I don't know when my shipping from Dubai is arriving and couldn't pin down dates. Very good service.
room is not so good compared to cheltenham BY. ie no light,single door...corridors ludicrously narrow... It's a newer store....

The staff were very friendly, especially as we moved rental dates twice. The facilities are simple and very user friendly and we needed 24 hour access which wasn't a problem. The day we moved was busy and the staff guided us to times when it would be easier for us to access the unit. Overall we are very pleased with the service.
